Yeah less then 12 hours till HottWax. It is a Hordes of the Things tournament. Tina and I will be playing. I will of course run my WILD EGYPTIANS (if you yell you roll more 6s). Tina will use her TDF (Tantoween Defence Force, go jawas). I am hoping to do well my last few tournaments have not gone well, and I need a turn around if I want in on the DBA Invitational at Origins.
My other debate is To buy more Sui Chinese, Medieval Irish or Romano British. I really do not know so for the time being I will paint Greeks and then some more Greeks(I have a LOT of Greeks).

Well this sucks I am fighting off a upper respiratory infection. I mean I can deal with the cough, but the congestion, low fever, and general achy feeling is just pissing me off.
That and I had to run back in to work at 8:30 till 9. Finishing a manual install of windows. And here is the safety pup note, it takes about 3 hours to format a 1TB hard drive.
I have decided I like Pandora for work out music, but in general I will just hit youtube and pick the song. Plus they tend to have other songs like it.
Well in Bobdog'3 4th edition campain my warlock just hit 2nd level. Time to pick a feat and U power. It is fun to play with BDJ he is young and VERY CLEAR on his plan. Kill goblins, Kill Goblins, kill friends of goblins, hunt goblins so we can kill them, set ambushes for goblins. Oh the joy of a 10 year old. He will grow out of it, but I hope not to soon. It is a joy to see a hack and slasher do it for the pure joy.

I have too much stuff. No really WAY TOO much stuff. The sad part is I just keep getting more stuff. I rarely get rid of things because the return value is sooo low. For example a video game I used to have lots (before getting robbed, don't ask)I would rarely play most of them, granted at onetime I did play them. But I could not sell them because I would only get a few bucks. Not sure what to do.

Yes my beloved Parador I have returned. It is a new year and I have new goals. I hope I will achive atleast half of them. I always shoot for too many things.
Well as the holidays are over hopefully things will quiet down. My main focus is on 2 4th edition D&D games. I personally enjoy 4th edition so if you have an issue w/ 4th keep it to yourself. My other focus is painting more minis and fixing adding stuff to the house.

First trip of the year.

Well I think I am overly sensitive. One of my friends send me a video. It is pro troop. I surport our troops I think most US citizens do. Don't like the war but that is not thier fault. But while watching the video I felt something was not right. So I stopped it and started over. there were pictures of over 50 soldiers, 3 were black. I do not think the creator was trying to be racist, but it bugged me. Not sure why.
I think I am overly sensitive.

Things are going up and down in my life. Mostly up right now but enough downs to not let me be totally happy.
On the up side Saturday Sean helped me get the last of my fence posts in. At the roller derby game both teams I wanted to win won. Okay so I really only wanted 1 team to win and 1 to lose but hey It was good. On the infamous Saab front only a few little things left to do but because of a poor choice of jack mounts I need to replace the sway bar end link. Tina and I are going camping this weekend.
I really just need to remember even my bad days are not that bad. I hope it stays that way.

Well that says it all. Too many irons in the fire. I sometimes fell like I am getting nothing done. Need to get shit shipped out and with international I need to go to a post office and that happens once a week.

Played pirates last night, once again lost. This time I did nothing wrong but sea mosters v. ghost ships, ghost ships win. Next time we will add unique crew. I hope the French will carry the day.
I have 4 of the 7 posts put up for my fence. I will be happy when that is done. I will feel like I did something.

Well we are getting ready to start a pirates of the Spanish main campain. I plan on using the French. I only hope I do better at navel battles then France did. Not sure what type of fleet to go with, quick, ships of the line, odd French ships I have, or some where in between.
On other news work is picking up some. More systems to build, more stuff to put on EBay. It is funny at times, Jude will start talking and I will leave. Someone else walks in and tries to figure iut who the hell Jude is talking to. Ahh the crazies...

Well We are still waiting to hear back from HUD. Tina and I looked at a few other houses, but we are going to just wait this one out. Stupid HUD.
Other news played DBA this Saturday. I kicked ASS. I won all 4 of my games. But did not win anything:( It was best 3 out of X. I was the only one to go undefeated but others had 3 games better then mine. Still had a blast, now I have to retire the Early Macidonians. They served me well.
Roller derby is being a pain. We lost all but me and 2 other Refs. Add to that they asked if I wanted to run the scoring software, and I am not sure. Also they now want to add Statistics and want me to be part of it. All I ever wanted to do is write down and call penalties. Oh yeah there is some attendece issues. I now may need to go on off Tues, and do what? I guess I will bring a book.

happy turkey day several days late. Mine went well.Saw my brother Rob on Wed he the kids and the wife are all doing well. Spent turkey day with james and liz ,we played some games and I fought with Rickie thier daughter. Whom I am sure is turning feral. Left work early on friday and spent the weekend with my family. Got to hang out with D-M my niece , elf my sis and my bro sean.
Right now I am still fighting with what system to use in an upcoming campain. I really should ignore this and focus on Mordheim warbands. Still toying with various setups.

Well I heard news on the house tina andI are bidding on. It is a HUD home and the paper work has been given over to them. So I hope it will be done soon.
On Mordheim I am looking at a warband focusing on hired swords. A dangerous warband for both sides. But too much like coke I win so I can pay for them so I can fight more to do more hired swords so I can win...... But if I lose Ivery well could lose evrything.
Work is very slow. I worry about this. Others see it as the seasonal trend but it still worries me.

Here I wanted to post 1 or 2 a week. And it has been 3 weeks since my last post. I just have not been in the mood to post at home and have been too busy at work. I will try harder.
Here are the thrills of my life....
First I have opted to use the Lizardmen for atleast 1 of my mordheim warbands. I have them mostly painted and hope they will do well, but a toughness of 2 does not look good.
Second is Tina and me have put a bid in on a house. So with any luck that will go through. Owning a house is a huge step and kinda scares the shit out of me but everyone says thats normal.
Next is I have TOOOOOO much stuff. Tina and I have been going through things and pitching some stuff and piling other stuff up for Good Will, but they do not seem to have any drop boxes left in columbus so I will need to call for a pick up. What a pain.
Finally my brother Sean is starting to grow up. For that I am very happy, but I worry about him alot. When I hit that stag I had a lot of friends and family to help me through it, but mostly he seems to only have me and I am not very good at this. He will be fine I know this I still just worry about him.

Well looks like I will start the campain on the 19th of October. Should be great:) Not much else is going on.

I am trying to post fairly regularly. I am also trying to paint and clean(sort) more. The main reason is to try and get more done. Stuff I want to do but am TOOOO lazy to get done. Need to add exercise to that list.
WOOOT I WON A 750 GIG Hard Drive. Yes 3/4 of a FUCKING terra-byte..... Alas I have little use for it so its off to EBay. Free moneies(moneys???)......

Well things are just moving along. work is picking up thank God. I was reviewing Dreams of Dynasty, a DBA campaign I am in. Unless Northern China changes their way I think my Japanese Empire will become one of the premier Empires.
In the mordheim world I am once slaving away on terrain. I hope it turns out ok.
I am thinking of finally getting a tat. Not firm yet but I am going to rap with a bud who is going through his apprenticeship.

Well one of my friends, Pyre_x, Pointed out its been 16 weeks since my last post. I have been busy but it only takes a few seconds to post. I will not bore all of you with what over the last few weeks.
This weekend was Advance the Colors. It was a lot of fun. I spent too much time playing DBA, and getting my ass kicked. I did keep spending down only bought 2 armies:)
Well summer came and went. Westerville needed over 1000 computers. So there was lots of OT:(

Well I want to hit people. Jude is gone and people do not seem to understand. What pisses me offf is that when other people are on vacation I tend to have to cover atleast part of thier job. Anyone help me nope. Okay EAK helped a few times, But everyone expects ME to just do My job, jude's and all the other little things that add up quick. When I was on vacation did ANYONE help no. So nothing got preped, stuff did not get entered in to inventory, and BK wonders why I am snappy.
Okaythat was my rant.
